Here I am, writing a first post on my website.. finally. I’ve been pursuing my artistic journey for years and I have wanted to write many times about my learning, successes, struggles. I found myself many times over thinking it and feeling I wasn’t big enough, or had enough stories to tell. That feels different at this point and I would like to use this blog to reflect on my journey and the upcoming steps ahead.

I’d start today but simply stating a few milestones. I’ve been a full time dad for the last 4 years and have been building my career at Apple for the last 7 years. These are two amazing things that came at the perfect time in my life and I feel very blessed about it all. Moving to Australia has been quite “the move”. I do miss my Quebec and yes.. even the cold. Any mate from Quebec would be outraged hearing this but yes, I prefer the extreme cold opposed to the extreme heat we have here. Just facts!

Working for Apple, I’ve gained a whole lot of new skills and also been able to put my hands on some sweet tech. Last year, I bough this incredible computer I’m working on right now, my Mac Studio. It’s been amazing to say the least and I’ve been doing my print business and my 3D design on it (whenever time allows). Where am I going with this? Well – happens that AI has entered my life in the last year or so. I started to pay interest and read more and more about it. Seems like this is made for my brain in some ways – the perfect nerd side of my computer science background and this amazing creative side where you can do anything you want really.

I’ve been able to use all of my ideas and shorten the process to create by 1000%. Just amazing. More recently – I’ve even built my own tools! You heard me right, my own. Running without internet in my basement, I’m able to create infinitely.. images.. words.. ideas. What a time to be alive! So I’ll be documenting my ideas and hopefully this blog will keep me doing what I’ve been doing for the last 244 days straight : Create.

Here’s a dream house generated during the day in my basement. This is the dream style I’d go for when the success hits the fan.
